Day one. I weighed myself this morning...Yuck. I will probably post that later, I have to work up the courage first! As for food, here is what I had:
Breakfast- 2 egg (1 carb) omelet with 1.5 oz cheddar cheese (.5carbs), two pieces of bacon, and 20 oz of Crystal Light Red Tea. (1.5 carbs)
Lunch- 2 0z pepperoni and 1.5 oz cheese
Snack - 1 oz pork rinds (this was 2 serving sizes, but I feel still reasonable for a snack.)
Dinner - 1 oz pepperoni. (same pepperoni as above) Okay, admittedly not the best dinner, but I wasn't too hungry, and felt kind of sick to my stomach.
All total, I had about 1200 calories, 91 grams of fat, 8 carbs, and 77 grams of protein. It is probably a bit low on calories, but, as I said, I was feeling a bit yucky. As for beverages, besides the Red Tea I had this morning, the only other thing I drank was water. I had 3- 20 oz bottles of water. Not to bad for a start.
Now, all I have to do is find away to get myself to sleep and stay that way until morning. Yeah, right! I'm going to go read a book for a while. 'Night Now!

My main problem is drinking enough. Water gives me the willies...LOL
I weigh 165. Not that bad until you consider I'm only 5'3". Meh. My ass has its' own zip code.
